Cancellation Policy

In order to best serve our members/guests we have instituted a "Cancellation Policy" for all Club Events.

We thank our members for making reservations in advance.

Should a reservation be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the Club Event, we will apply 50% of the cost of the event to the Member's account for the total reservation. If the reservation is cancelled the day of the event, the Member's account will be charged 100% of the cost of the event.

In special circumstances the Club will exercise discretion to waive the cancellation charge.
